I also provide Airbnb listing photography and real-estate listing photography, which presents your home in the best possible way, and ensures more traffic to your listing and enables a higher rental or sale price. For airbnb, professional photos have been shown to allow a rental fee of 20-35% higher, with 24% more listing views.

Pricing
Pricing is all based on time, both on-site and the post-processing stages so each shoot is unique. We have studied the market and ensure we provide the highest quality along with competitive pricing.
Your package will include:
Pre-shoot consultation to ensure we have the full brief and so we can make a plan for the day.
All planning including timescales for multiple shoots, liaising with owners for access and permissions.
All photography and/or film-making on the shoot
All post-processing of your images and/or film
Delivery of your photos to your own online gallery for download in full resolution and web resolution
Full license to use images for commercial purposes
All other travel and expenses
