Improve your photography skills on the Nick Church Photography Photo Walks and Tours. Landscape photography tuition in Somerset, Bristol or even further afield.

Our coastlines, cities and countryside offer huge potential for taking beautiful photographs but it can be a challenge to capture these landscapes as as the spectacular photos we have in our minds.

I have a supportive, hands-on approach to photography so rather than lecturing you or going into lots of unhelpful technical detail, I will show you how to configure and use your camera to its fullest potential. I give bespoke guidance to all my photo tour participants to help them create stunning images they can be proud of.

Our Photo Walk Tours are perfect for photography amateurs or enthusiasts who would like to learn how to use their cameras to improve their photography during a single practical session not too far from their home town.

All they will need is any DSLR or Mirrorless (Compact System Camera) and lens.

(If you are totally new to photography and your camera we recommend attending the one of our photography workshops before attending the Photography Walking Tour.)

• Tripod

• It is also useful to have a set of ND (Neutral Density) although not essential. Please contact us if you’d like advice on this

• Photographers of any ability or experience benefit hugely from these walks. But it works best to have at least a basic understanding of how to use your camera. If you are new to photography and your camera, it is recommended to attend our of our photography workshops prior to undertaking a Photo Walk

• Half a Day (3-4 hours) at a nearby location chosen for it’s photographic potential

• Pre-shoot introduction to what we will be doing and to learn a bit about your cameras

• Photo tour on foot where you will shoot alongside Nick who will provide guidance on composition, technique and camera settings

• Image review and wrap-up chat
