“I was searching for a photographer that I thought would show understanding of us as a couple and a family. Every one of Nick’s photos I saw I got the feeling he completely ‘got me’, and we hadn’t even spoken yet! Sure enough, within five seconds of us meeting, I knew that we had to have Nick Church Photography as part of our wedding day; we just got on like a house on fire!
Before the wedding, he put a lot of time in and stayed in touch so we were able to build up a picture of what we wanted from our photos. On the day he was just as we hoped; he worked so hard all through the day and into the evening, but it was totally effortless and natural, and you could see all his planning was paying off. We knew Nick and his assistant, Ethan, were there, but they did not intrude or break the flow of the day one bit.
And just one day after the wedding we can’t believe Nick was able to deliver so many ‘teaser’ pictures for us. The photos are incredible; I can’t stop looking at them!
Nick Church is a legend! Extremely professional yet fun, and makes the whole process easy. He’s approachable and open to your ideas and will work with you to make them happen. If you want a creative and individual style of wedding photos then look no further as he has a way of relaxing you and capturing that special moment, that look that you didn’t know was even happening or possible. Nick does not do rigid, awkward photos. Thank goodness!
